I graduated from university

September 1990
Commenced training contract at another international law firm.

October 1994
Qualified as a corporate lawyer.

Jan 1996
Seconded to Frankfurt for one year.

May 2000
I joined Goldman Sachs investment banking division. During my time there I was involved in two of the UK's biggest ever rights issues, providing legal advice as part of the investment banking and equity capital markets team.

April 2003
I joined Lovells as a partner in the corporate finance group.

May 2004
I led the team acting for Lehmans on the flotation of advertising agency M&C Saatchi.
