A formal mentoring system exists at Lovells.
As a trainee solicitor you will be allocated a Partner with whom you can discuss your career progress and any concerns or issues you have. We try to ensure, for the sake of independence, that you won't be working directly with your mentor partner. The Mentor Partners offer valuable insight and perspective as you meet new and often difficult challenges.
